The products we install in our homes are all supplied by top names in their respective industries and each item comes with a full manufacturers' warranty. Mod-u-Kraf (10 Year Structural)and North American Housing provide a full one year warranty on all structural components of their modular homes and will come on-site to repair any issues that may arise.
As your Class A Licensed modular contractor, Advanced Housing provides an on-site workmanship warranty for one (1) year following issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. We guarantee all we do meets or exceeds the standards of workmanship commonly accepted in the construction trades. Should an issue arise we will promptly address it at no cost to the customer.
