Setting a Modular Home
The modular home setting process takes a full day with multiple units being placed by our crane crew on a pre-poured concrete basement foundation or crawl space. By the end of the day your new customized modular home is completely dried-in (weather-proof). From this point finishing your home to occupancy will take another four (4) to six (6) weeks.
