Advanced Housing builds custom modular homes in the Central and Piedmont regions of Virginia representing both Ritz Craft and Mod-u-Kraf Homes. Our primary service area includes the counties of: Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Campbell, and the City of Lynchburg.
We also take on projects north of Amherst into Nelson County and west of Bedford County into Roanoke (city and county). We have found that venturing outside of this area takes us away from trusted suppiers and subcontractors and more importantly going much further keeps us away from our families.
